Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of all of our items, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept:

  • Size exchanges for rings, if the item is unworn and returned in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • In exchange, you’ll receive a CochesbyCarla credit (gift card) for the value of the item (excluding shipping).

To request an exchange, email us at cochesbycarla@icloud.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
