Orders within the EU typically arrive within 2–3 business days, while deliveries to countries outside the EU usually take 3–4 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and count from the moment your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly.

Due to the handmade nature of all of our items, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept:

• Size exchanges for rings, if the item is unworn and returned in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• In exchange, you’ll receive a CochesbyCarla credit (gift card) for the value of the item (excluding shipping).
